Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

If we have it in stock, we'll usually ship it within three business days. Expect approximately two weeks shipping time for North America. International delays may vary due to customs clearance. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

If you have any issues with your products upon arrival (i.e: Damaged goods, missing package, etc), contact us and we'll sort out the problem immediately. If you would like to return an item, please consult our Refund Policy.

Customs

All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Mécanique Cycl;iste Spin Doctor will not be held accountable for payment of import taxes on your products. 

Lost or Damaged products during shipping

Although we are not directly responsible for lost or damaged products that are sent to you (the customer), we will take every step possible to insure all sent packages of high value (every order over 50$). If an order under 50$ is lost or damaged during transport (please send it back if damaged), we will send you a new one.
